Thank you for shopping with PawCove. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales made on PawCove are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, accidental orders, or items no longer wanted after purchase.

By placing an order with PawCove, you agree that your purchase is final once the order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Items

Although we do not accept general returns, we will review requests if an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing parts

  • Significantly different from the product description

If you receive an item with one of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

  • A short explanation of the problem

After reviewing the issue, PawCove may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution where appropriate.

Items Must Be Unused

To be eligible for review, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging where possible.

We may not be able to help if the item has been used, damaged after delivery, washed, altered, or is missing important parts or packaging.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size or color selected by the customer

  • Accidental purchases

  • Products that have been used

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed, shipped, or sent to our supplier/fulfillment partner, we may not be able to cancel it.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

If a replacement is approved, PawCove will provide instructions for the next steps.

Return Shipping

Because all sales are final, return shipping is not offered for change-of-mind returns.

If we approve a return due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or not-as-described item, we will provide instructions about whether the item needs to be returned and how the return should be handled.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows that an order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your delivery location, building entrance, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or with neighbours.

If you still cannot find the package, contact us and we will review the situation. PawCove is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will try to help where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

PawCove is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender or cannot be delivered because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

Final Note

PawCove reserves the right to approve or deny any return, refund, replacement, or store credit request based on the condition of the item, the reason for the request, and the details provided by the customer.
