1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to eligible locations in Canada and the United States.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over CAD $20 before taxes, discounts, or other adjustments.
Orders under CAD $20 may not qualify for free shipping and may require the customer to add more items before checkout or pay an available shipping rate, if offered.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, supplier delays, or high order volume.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and supplier processing.
Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout or in your order updates, but delays may happen due to shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
5. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the order has shipped.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
pawcove.ca is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@pawcove.ca with your order number.
We will do our best to help investigate the issue with the carrier or supplier. However, delivery delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
8. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different suppliers or warehouses.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items in the same order.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For eligible orders, taxes may be included in the product price where stated.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or additional charges that may apply in their country, province, state, or region unless otherwise stated at checkout.
